HaloCORE's Security Solutions

Features

  1. Seamless integration with the existing infrastructure, easy-to-use, and manage.

  2. Persistent protection of sensitive information, no matter where it is moved, including mobile and cloud platforms.

  3. Enables organizations to centrally configure and deploy their classification properties and policies.

  4. Stores derived classification within the document as metadata. Once embedded, the label remains intact with the information, regardless of where it goes.

  5. Block restricted data downloads from SAP.

  6. All download behavior is logged for further auditing to Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions and with HaloCORE's GRC Extension. Alerting via SAP's Access Control can be done through HaloCORE's GRC Extension.

Synopsis of What is Covered in this Manual

This is the main installation document for HaloCORE and is intended to be the first reference resource. This guide will help evaluate, prepare, install, and configure Secude's HaloCORE solution, which includes the following features:

  1. HaloCORE Monitor—Track, record, analyze, and classify all activity surrounding your business-critical data for enhanced control and compliance.

  2. HaloCORE Block—Classify and block sensitive data right at the moment it leaves the application that would violate internal data security policy while allowing only authorized users to have access to that data.

  3. HaloCORE Protect—Classify, label, and apply strong encryption to sensitive data downloaded from SAP using Microsoft Rights Management. HaloCORE effortlessly integrates Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP), formerly known as Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) to classify and protect your sensitive documents.

For details regarding the setup and configuration of Azure Rights Management, please refer to Microsoft's online documentation.
